About the Journal
1. Focus and Scope: The International Conference on Creativity, Management, Education, Technology, and Sciences (ICCMETS) Journal is a peer-reviewed academic publication dedicated to advancing knowledge and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across a broad spectrum of scholarly disciplines. We welcome original research, comprehensive reviews, and innovative theoretical contributions that explore the frontiers of:
- Creativity and Innovation: Exploring creative processes, problem-solving, artistic expression, and innovative methodologies in various contexts.
- Management Sciences: Covering strategic management, organizational behavior, human resources, finance, marketing, operations management, and entrepreneurship.
- Educational Development: Focusing on pedagogy, curriculum design, educational technology, learning theories, lifelong learning, and educational policy.
- Cutting-Edge Technology: Encompassing emerging technologies, information systems, artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, and their societal impacts.

2. Open Access Policy: This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. There are no article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees for authors. All published articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are properly credited.
3. Peer Review Process: All submissions to the ICCMETS Journal undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Manuscripts are initially screened by the editorial team for adherence to submission guidelines, scope relevance, and academic quality. Submissions that pass the initial screening are then sent to at least two independent expert reviewers. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the relevant field and their ability to provide constructive feedback. The review process typically takes [e.g., 4-8 weeks]. 5. Journal History: The ICCMETS Journal originates from the successful International Conference on Creativity, Management, Education, Technology, and Sciences (ICCMETS). 6. Archiving Policy: This journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) systems to ensure a secure and permanent archive for its content. These systems create distributed archiving among participating libraries and permit those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. In addition, all published articles are regularly backed up and preserved through the OJS infrastructure maintained by ICCMETS.
